Letter of intent signed

Kelsey Cotton, a 5’5” guard from South Side-Bee Branch, recently signed a letter of intent to play basketball at North Arkansas college in Harrison. The All-State guard led South Side in scoring with a 19 point average and a conference and district title. A two time All-State selection in softball, Kelsey led the Hornets with a .450 batting average. Kelsey was also selected to play in the Arkansas High School All-Star softball game in which she was chosen the Most Outstanding player on the East team. Kelsey is the daughter of Jimmy and Angela Cotton of Choctaw and Harold and Stephanie Mahan of Damascus.
