Phoebe the cat and her co-traveler Lynn make a stop in Clinton on Monday. Lynn, an over-the-road truck driver, says Phoebe has been using a leash for several years and won’t get out of the truck without it on. Phoebe, 4, has been traveling the highways and byways with Lynn and her partner for three years. Lynn says she is considering writing a book about life with Phoebe.

These buildings will soon allow students to raise vegetables and eggs to deliver to the food bank. The work is funded by a Beyond the Bell grant from EAST Initiative and the Arkansas Department of Education.
