The Van Buren County Master Gardeners welcome new members at the Jan. 3, 2015, meeting. Eight new Master Gardeners completed the 40-hour course sponsored by the University of Arkansas Horticulture Department. Pictured left to right are Julie Magadanz, Kathi Owens, Willard “Vern” Tripp and John Hiegel.
