Surrounded by South Side High School THUGS, county Judge Roger Hooper signs papers last week proclaiming Oct. 27-31 as Red Ribbon and Drug Free Awareness Week.

The 21CCLC Clinton After School program hosted a Lights on After School event on Thursday, Oct. 23, at the Intermediate School. Students were entertained by the Mad Scientist from Northwest Arkansas with lots of fun science experiments. Refreshments were served after the program.”Lights on After School” is a nationwide program to highlight programs for children and youth after school hours. Currently at Clinton there are 238 students enrolled in the program and 22 staff members work in the program.
