Pharoah Cook

Pharoah “Cookie” Cook, age 92, of Clinton, Ark., passed away Monday, Feb. 18, 2013, in Clinton. He was born Oct. 7, 1920, in Columbia, Miss., to W.T. and Bessie Jane (Smith) Cook. He was a decorated World War II veteran.
He is survived by Richard Cook of California, Nicolas Cook, Linda and Miguel Vasquez of Texas, Laura and Steve Witten of Texas, Melissa and Jeff Thompson of California, An White and Philis Sterling of Arkansas, Bonnie and Kimmie of Arkansas, Pennie and Ronny Norman of Arkansas, Kandie and Cliff Henderson of Arkansas; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by many family, friends and loved ones. You will be missed greatly.
Funeral service was 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 23, 2013, at Roller-McNutt Chapel, Clinton. Interment was 1 p.m. Monday, Feb. 25, 2013, at Arkansas State Veteran’s Cemetery in North Little Rock. Arrangements are by Roller-McNutt Funeral Home, Clinton. Online guest book: rollerfuneralhomes.com.
