Sidney Steve Bonds, 57, of Clinton passed away Friday, March 21, 2014. He was born April 6, 1956, to Kelley Bonds and Merle Baker Bonds of Clinton.
Survivors are wife Shelia; daughter Amy Bonds Collins; son, Kelley “Cruz” Bonds; siblings, Donna Ricketts, Linda Lewis and Max Bonds; two grandchildren; and lots of family and friends.

Mary Hoover, 84, of Waco, Texas, passed away Monday, March 17, 2014. She was born July 19, 1929, to Forrest and Pearl Baker, and grew up in Clinton, Ark. After graduating from the University of Arkansas in 1951, she worked several years as a state home demonstration agent. She married Carl Hoover on April 10, 1955, the start of a loving 47-year marriage that saw two sons and households in four states.
She was a kind, bright and caring mother, aunt, friend and neighbor; a devoted Christian and talented homemaker who blessed those around her with her cooking, needlework, quilting, eye for clothing, knowledge of family history and relationships, and love of reading.
Preceding her in death were her parents; husband Carl Hoover; and her brother, Forrest Baker. Survivors include her sons, Carl Hoover Jr. and wife Paula of Waco, Texas, and John Hoover and wife Sharon of Norcross, Ga.; five grandchildren; sister Jo Ann Bonds of Clinton; four nieces and three nephews.
Graveside service was Monday, March 24, at Clinton Cemetery. The family thanks Providence Hospice in Waco for its loving and attentive care. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests gifts to the foreign mission offering of Geyer Springs First Baptist Church, Little Rock, P.O. Box 31510 Little Rock, AR 72260 or a charity helping others.
Russell Dudley Bryan, 66, of Leslie passed away March 18, 2014. He was a law enforcement officer in Hayward, Calif., and in North Carolina and Georgia. He was born June 23, 1947, to Theodore Dudley Bryan and Doris Elaine Brooks Bryan.
He is survived by his wife, Sherry Bryan, of Leslie;, his mother, Doris Bryan of Georgia; brother Malcolm Bryan and wife Karen of Dacula, Ga.; and sister Elaine Bryan of Snellville, Ga.; niece Casey Paul and nephew Cory Bryan of Georgia; and numerous family and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Theodore Bryan.

Isaac Lee Johnson, infant son of Andy and Holly Harrington Johnson, passed from this life on Friday, March 21, 2014, at Baptist Medical Center in Arkadelphia. Waiting his arrival in heaven were his paternal grandparents Earl and Oneida Johnson, his step-maternal grandfather Tommy Valentine, and his brother, Wyatt Huck Johnson.
Isaac is survived by his loving parents, Andy and Holly Harrington Johnson of Arkadelphia; maternal grandparents, Geraldine Valentine of Bee Branch and Jimmy (Linda) Harrington of Arkadelphia; aunt, Gloria Johnson of Deer; aunt and uncle, Jacob and Jennifer Harrington and their children, Carlee and Emma of Ada, Okla.
Graveside services will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 26, 2014, at Colony Cemetery, Highway 92 East, Bee Branch, Ark., 72013, with Carl Thomason officiating.
