Clarence Iburg

Clarence Iburg Jr. 85, of Clinton, Ark., went to be with his Heavenly Father Monday, Feb. 11, 2013. He was born Sept. 15, 1927, in Faulkner County, Ark., to the late Clarence and Morine (Cargille) Iburg Sr.

The oldest of six children, he was preceded in death by his four brothers, Raymond, Kenneth, Donald and Paul Joe; and his first wife of 47 years Florence (Pratt) Iburg; and one daughter, Barbara Ward Bailey.

He is survived by his wife of 12 years, Billie Ward Iburg of Clinton; one sister, Doris Singleton of Beaverdam, Ky.; seven children, Larry (Regina) of Vilonia, Jimmy and Johnny both of Clinton, Donna (Dwight) Lankford of Bee Branch, Paula (Greg) Banks of Clinton, Sonny (Twila) Ward of Giltedge, Tenn., and Buddy (Mary) Ward of Carutherville, Mo.; 14 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.

Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2013, at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home Chapel, Clinton. Funeral service will be Thursday, Feb. 14, 2013, at Bee Branch Baptist Church with Pastors C.W.
