A van hit a car at Highway 65 and Highway 95 East in Clinton on Monday.
A witness at the scene said the van left the scene after the collision, heading east on Highway 95. A witness provided police with a license number for the van. No details were available from the Clinton Police Department by press time Tuesday.
In a two-car crash north of Clinton on Nov. 22, a Leslie man was killed.
Michael R. Bumbalough, 60, of Leslie was eastbound on Highway 254 in Dennard when his 1993 Ford Ranger crossed the center line and struck a westbound vehicle head-on, according to a report by the Arkansas State Police.
Bailey Brook Griffin, 16, of Leslie, driver of a 2004 Chevrolet Avalanche, was not injured.
Weather conditions were clear and the road was dry when the accident occurred about 7:40 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 22, according to the report by Trooper Kevin M. Growns.
