A one-vehicle accident claimed the life of a Morrilton man last week.
Jeremiah Curtis Worthen, 36, was driving a 1998 Peterbilt truck north on Highway 95 at Formosa Road on Jan. 14 when the crash occurred, according to a report by Arkansas State Police Cpl. Kip Stringer.
Worthen’s vehicle failed to stop at a stop sign at Highway 95, the report said. The driver lost control and overturned in to a creek, Stringer said.
The Van Buren County coroner pronounced the driver dead at the scene.
