Allergies, what is an allergy? Webster’s dictionary says, “an allergy is an abnormal reaction to a substance.” The substance is usually natural like pollen, wheat, milk; the list is long.

It is not normal to be allergic to nature, our body is out of balance.

What can I do to regain my balance?

Friends thought their trees were to blame and cut them down! I was so allergic, I would put a towel around my neck to cover my streaming nose, so I could do my work. We had allergy tests done, I was allergic to everything. Well not everything, there was no reaction to squash. I like squash.

I’m fine now. I live in the forest, the beautiful trees are distributing their pollen all around us. Learning to bring balance to our body is by using things that grow in the earth; good fruits and vegetables. Remember, God made a garden, planted everything needed to sustain life forever. Then he put the first human pair in the garden to care for and enjoy the wonderful food; fruit, vegetable and nuts.

In his book Fresh Vegetable and Fruit Juices, N.W. Walker, D.Sc,. tells about his experience, experiments, and analysis of common garden plants. His analyses explains how deficiencies and imbalances of certain minerals, salts and vitamins can cause many of the symptoms of illness. From his analysis, I will list some of the vital organic minerals, salts and vitamins, that can be kept in balance by effectively using our good garden produce.

Minerals: Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium, Phosphorus, Sulphur, Iron, Silicon, Chlorine, Sodium, Oxygen, Hydrogen and Nitrogen.

Vitamins: A, C, Thiamin, Riboflavin, and Niacin.

Compounds: Distilled Water, Protein, Carbohydrates, Fat

Do we love our ourselves, our life, enough to see it is getting good health promoting foods? How about our kids? Are they being fed properly?

When our body is out of balance, usually it’s because we don’t take time to think what we are doing to our health when we grab a quick filling bite to eat. “I will grab something for the kids while I’m here.” “I don’t have time to fix a meal.” “There is my schedule to keep, I’m behind already, when will I find time to get caught up.”

Think of the stress on your body. Your adrenals are exhausted without enough drenamin. Now you have allergies. Take time to realize what you are doing to your health ~ sneezing, runny nose, headaches, backaches, diarrhea, constipation, decreased Hydrochloric Acid. Learning and behavioral disorders (especially in children). Poor concentration, asthma and many others because you are not balancing your body with the good nourishing foods your health requires.

My body is healthy now, I don’t have allergies.
