Clinton second-grader Katie McJunkins, 7, daughter of Adam and Darla McJunkins, cut 11 inches of her hair to give to the Locks of Love program. Stephanie Hastings of the Outback Salon helped her to make this happen. Katie was anxious the next day wondering if they had already made a wig out of her hair.
