Nobody can say it has not been summer and I know everyone is looking for the cold front and lower temperatures they tell us will be here this week.
James and Joyce are having a great time in Alaska with Tim and his family. We went to a Bear Paw festival at Eagle River this last weekend. We saw someone drop a hamburger on the ground and a dog was right there to get it. He was so picky that he separated the meat from the bread and ate it but would not eat the bread. That sounds a little like our dog. We will be home shortly and can tell you all of the things we did while we were here.
We wish everyone a great week and eat lots of watermelon.
Anyone with Scotland news can e-mail James at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Met Virgil Lemings on a country road last week. He said he’d been logging lately. When asked about his health he said with a smile, “I’ve been given a lot of good years. No sense in starting to complain about them now.”
