Congratulation to all Clinton High School, Junior High, Intermediate, Elementary, Kindergarten and Preschool graduates. As our children move from one grade to another or go from high school onto college or the work force we deliberate on what to tell them as they embark on a new phase of life. I think the best advice we can give our children anytime is, “Do your best.” If we all do our best each and every day regardless of the challenges we face then we can feel a true sense of accomplishment and smile with satisfaction at the end of the day. Good luck to all graduates as they move onto their new adventures in learning and in life.

After the graduation, the family dined at a Russellville restaurant where the entertainment from 3-year-old Ella Tucker was much better than the service.

Well, it looks like the cold weather is over and those of us that have not planted our gardens had better get with it. After all of the rain the gardens will start to grow very quickly. Just like the grass. I hear noises about time to cut hay already.
