Damascus Chapter 515 Order of the Eastern Star will serve breakfast from 7-9 a.m. Saturday, March 2, 2013, at the Doric Lodge 471 F&AM, Highways 65 and 285 West in Damascus. The menu includes biscuits, sausage gravy, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage. Donations go to charities. Everyone is welcome.
The Clinton M.U.T.T.S. Club presents Family Movie Night on the lawn at 6:30 p.m. Saturday, March 2, at Clinton City Park. Bring lawn chairs and blankets and watch Ice Age 4, Continental Drift. Admission is free and refreshments will be for sale. All proceeds go to help pay for the club’s summer camp.

Students from all three county high schools’ Family and Consumer Science classes will hand out fruit and vegetable samples and talk about nutrition at Thriftway in Clinton next month. The students will be in the grocery store’s produce department from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Shirley students will be at the store on Friday, March 1; South Side students on Monday, March 4; and Clinton students on Tuesday, March 5.
